You need to purchase a DirectAdmin license directly then. Whoever sell you the license is going against the TOS.

If your provider doesn't offer VPS licenses of cPanel/WHM, you can acquire one from our Distributors as many of them now offer VPS licensing:http://www.cpanel.net/partners/partn...l=1
