And I would like get script for Domain registration for example like registerfly.com. but I can register all kind of Domain .

First of all, you need to understand the domain name business. All ext. you've mentioned are not available in one registry only, esp. .edu, .ws. You may try register.com, verisign site for reseller plan, keep in mind that these companies charge hefty amount of money.

while other registration services offers (reseller) the TLD such as .com .net .org .info .biz in competitive pricing as low as $8.75.

You have to balance your business need.

It's not too hard, Captain but at first you must have a merchant account or at least one reliable third party account (instant notification + fraud checking), you also need reseller accounts from registrars which have API interfaces.

You can write a script to check domains' availability, if they are available your customers can register them and pay you through your merchant account. At this step you collect your customers' info and store in database, when the transaction is completed, you pull out your customers' info from database, depending on their domain you can use appropriate API to register that domain

NetworksData's description is simple and correct. OTOH, it's just a tad more complicated to actually implment all of that in a script.

You might also note that you are not able to register .edu domains. They can only be registered at the educause registry, directly by the accredited school who is the end user of the domain. There is no reseller program, and they may not be registered by proxy.
