Here is my 1'st month InnoHosting Review.

Pre-Sales:

Chat works fine.Rameen talks with me and answer all my questions and doubts , specially of free migration services from my old host reseller account.This conversation is what finally decided me to move.

Order Processing:

When I placed the order ,due an incorrect typing of my phone number, MaxMind verification call marks my order as fraud.Rameen help me in order to change the phone and get order done fastly.Then after 24H verification my account was activated.

Migration:

The migration of my main reseller account, WHMCS and cPanel accounts was done with no critical problems,normally usually problems with DNS propagation.

Setup of Extra Features:

I want to get the max of all their free services, so i sent tickets to different departments to activate them (free domains reseller account,free legal documents,setup of End User Sales and Billing Support ).
The response was fast and i've setup all of them , also with information I found in their forum.

Support Tickets:

All support tickets were answered in a rapid way many of thems personally by Rameen and Chris.
Tickets to other departments takes a little more time.
The only problem i have is that, as there are many deparments to sent tickets,i sent some tickets to wrong department,sometimes i think is difficult to decide to what deparment sent tickets.I'm learning on my errors wich one is the correct department.Maybe a guide like (if you have a problem of.... sent ticket to .... deparment) is required or maybe it just exist??
