Verisign - listing of resellers / affiliates?

I was curious if there is any publicly available list which shows what domain registrars are resellers of Verisign and who isn't?

Verisign operates the.com/.net registry. Any registrar that sells .com or .net is 'reselling' for Verisign.

Only accredited registrars can sell .com/net domains. Accredited registrars such as Enom or GoDaddy in turn have reseller programs where non accredited persons can resell using the Enom/Godaddy accreditation.
