Value-added service

What are some of the Value-added services being offered by cPanel providers? Other than the regular free domains, unlimited features, backups, etc.

You've got a couple listed on your site that are pretty common for most cPanel hosters:
Fantastico
Sitebuilder
RvSkins
some kind of mail protection
I'd like to see more true off-machine/off-rack backups offered. Too many times have I seen where the provider has backups to a different volume of the SAME machine.

If you target local small businesses, offer design, including writing the text. They don't care about the technical details. They just want a web site.
If you can do this yourself, great. If not, partner with designers and copywriters to offer this add-on value service to your customers.

All good ideas. Some suggest additions from cPanel and such, but I agree with the above. Think of something unrelated to just a technical perk. Many people sign up for hosting, but then don't know what to do next. Anything you can offer to give them a push, or boost, to getting their business going is a plus.
