Only 50gb of transfer? What kind of connectivity are we talking here?
I know that you guys had a 20+ day downtime a month or two ago. If I were to purchase this server from you, I assume there wont be anymore 20+ day outages/servers being down for 20+ days?

do you give discount for 6month/1year prepay?

We have connections to Global Crossing and Broadwing with a connection to Time Warner being added shortly.
We opened our Tucson data center 5 months ago and have had a total combined downtime of 2.5 hrs and that was mainly due to various upgrades so I would not worry about any downtimes.
As far as congestion. Yes there may be some congestion today which should be cleared up by tomorrow. A ds3 connection has been taking down by our provider while they upgrade it to an oc3.
You can run a trace route on 138.121.19.3.
We offer high quality services, not cogent quality so you are not going to find a 1000GB bandwidth server from us for $99.

Yes I can offer discounts if you pre pay. 6 months would be $495 and 12 months would be $895.

5 months ago and have had a total combined downtime of 2.5 hrs That does seem like a lot. That's like 96.9% uptime?

5 months is what, 219,600 minutes (assuming 30.5 days in a month)? 2.5 hours is 150 minutes?
219600-150=219450
219450/219600 = .9993 or 99.93% for the last five months?
I reserve the right to be wrong.

If I read his post correctly, that was 2.5 hours in total over five months. By my calculation thats a 99.93% uptime.
1-(2.5/(24*30*5)) = 99.93%
Even if that downtime occurred in a single month, that's still 99.7% uptime. Where'd you get 96.9% from?

The deal sounds good, but still, when I saw how you guys were down for 20 days, and left soo many people in the dark, without servers, without their data, that still makes me wonder what it would be like if I were to buy a server from you. Can you imagine what it's like for a web host to not have a working server for 20 whole days ? (see example thread: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=59661&highlight=multipleimage )

it is a total combined downtime of 2.5hrs over 5 months. Which would be over a 99.9% uptime.
BTW clocker is a former contractor of ours.
And it is not tomorrow as I posted that this morning.
Yes we had some downtime in Florida awile ago. No ones data was lost however that is why we moved into our own data center that we have been working on here for awile now. It is completly owned and operated by us and no one else.

I really don't know why you continue to carry on calling me numerous things.
You have called me a contractor
You have called me a employee
You have called me a customer
You have called me a not a customer
which is it?
you've called me all of the above over icq to other people and in threads on wht. so i suggest you get your story straight before you go calling me things :)

Perhaps your definition of "some downtime" is different than mine. 20 days is not "some" downtime
Anyhow, What about control panels? Do you offer control panels ? What is the pricing for cpanel?

contractor and employee are similar terms used for our relationship. And yes at one time you did have a server with us to.
We offer h-sphere. Pricing varies depending on how many accounts you would like. But we have a h-sphere 50 acct lease add on for $20 per month.

Our relationship? We have no relationship, i don't know what you're talking about. Sorry.
$20 sounds pretty cheap. I'll keep your site book marked.
