Hi,
Thinking of getting into web hosting business and I am looking for a provider that takes care all support issues for my customers. Are there any hosts, or do I need to provide support to my customers?
Thanks for advices!

I know that InnoHosting offers end-user support. Great company. I'd recommend checking them out. :agree:
Good luck!

There's many hosting companies that offer this, its called "end-user support".
Now, while I advise AGAINST this because your customers will wonder why they're visiting another site for support, you can look around these forums and the offer forums for options.
Thanks

I know that H-Sphere makes it transparent if users open up a support ticket, it will transparently be handled by the host, if they have that option set up for you.
Depending on the host you choose, they can possibly set up to charge per ticket (or however, depending on the CP software they use). I'm only familiar with the inner workings of H-Sphere :-)

This is fixed by the use of something called e-mail piping. It lets support tickets be opened and replied to via e-mail, making it anonymous, importing the e-mails into the tickets via a cronjob. This eliminates the need for the client to visit another site, and for the host support operator to visit and reply to the ticket. Good support ticket programs have this feature, including of course WHMCS.

That's not necessarily true. As diligent correctly said some use email piping. In our case, we have developed our own support desk system with a WHMCS plugin which will integrate into the WHMCS installation of the customer. As such, they never have to leave the website of the host to send/view/respond to tickets. :agree:
