I currently have a Oc-3 connection which i dont know how to use it. I have a lynksis router 4 port and hooked it up to my servers. It doesnt let other people view the websites on my servers. I think the cause of this is the Routers Fire wall. Please Help me. Thanks Alot

First of all i could not get how he could get such an expensive connection plus i think linksys doesnt have such routers either...

I have the same problem, however I don't have an OC3 line :(

I was told by somebody that you need to open 2 ports on the router... I forget which though.

In actuallity OC3 is typically an atm connection for which you would need a much more expensive router. Recommend a nortel BN or Cisco 7200 or larger.

I'd just refer him to this thread instead of quoting each and every one of us...:cartman:

It'd be a lot easier, and it would save you some time...;)
