Akash 09-08-2002, 10:18 PM hi darshin....please re-read my directions and try again.
To all other applicants: After this, if you can not follow my directions, I will not even consider hiring you. How can I expect you to listen to my customers, if you can not even follow simple directions?
Darshin 09-08-2002, 10:36 PM Hello Akash,
as per your directions i had mailed you , i hope you must have received my mail.
i meet all your requirments and am ready to work as per your terms.
thanks,
Darshin
WildCard 09-09-2002, 10:41 AM Akash, crackin' the whip! :)
Reminds me of a time when I was supervising at a delivery company in town years ago. When we were hiring for delivery staff, people would call and and ask about the job - and the ones I knew wouldn't make it would ask for directions getting there.
I would tell them that it was a strike against them even asking, and that if they wanted to redeem themselves they would have to look up the directions on a map, the same that would happen if they were an employee making a delivery to someplace they've never been to.
Got a few grumbles from that, but good way to implement a 'dummy test'. :)
-WC-
PS: This isn't saying you are a dummy, Darshin - just joking about using following directions as a test.

this is to everyone in general -
I've been ridiculed before for the way i do business with future employees and/or sellers of whatever items they are selling
I set specific rules in my threads when I offer something like a job, or request for templates.
I expect those who are interested to follow my instructs....and in this one case, someone did not follow them, and I posted information to let them know.
Now this person, who wants to work for me, did not follow my rules - which is the first test when hiring someone. It's like being late for an interview - a bad thing.
So niklasvh - I will not PM you for more information - and nor should you bother contacting me for a job. I will not hire someone who can not follow my specific instructions, as I can no longer trust them with my customer's requests (who are always first priority!)
You should be embarrassed of yourself!
