I`m looking cheap resell plan, i do not need great support, e-mail response of 48hours is no problem, uptime of 90% is not a problem too ( not min then 85% ). I just need CPanel/WHM and if it possible Fantastico.
There are many sites on the net why are offering resell with Unlimited Space / bandwidth for 5-7$ per mount including CPanel/WHM and Fantastico . I`m just asking if you know any kompany that are not fraud and take me the money and not giving me ANYTHING.
I know that i can`t get much for that price i have already resell plan with surpasshosting and they have been the best, but i need someting very very cheap so i can offer free Cpanel hosting plans for some users who i supouse in the future when they are going to need payd and quality hosting they are goint to look in my payd plans first :) :D :)

All the site offering unlimited everything is 100% oversold. I suggest you look in the offers section for great deals and stay away form unlimited everything offers!

I'd also advise strongly against any company offering "unlimited" space or bandwidth.
With 90% uptime I hope you're ok with your site being down for 3 days of the month ;)
As for where to look I'd advise taking a look at www.hostvoice.com or even the offers forums here.

Thanks for the replay but i have already sad i relay do not care is the server is oversold and if the sites are not responding up to 3 days in the last mount.
i need it to offer free CPanel hosting so i looking for something cheap.

Well, if you really don't care if your site will be up for more than 27 days per month, if they oversell their servers, or if they don't provide decent support, then you can pretty much sign up with any company you find :)

If you have many sites using sql servers then make sure the server is not loaded with too many ssql users. Usually all resellers are good. Only when they are badly oversold. Then the quality goes down.

If you'll be paying $5-7, you can't expect much in terms of real usage, no matter the host claims. You'll quite likely be sharing the server with hundreds of similar accounts. Offering free hosting may also be forbidden, especially on such cheap accounts, so read the TOS carefully.
Poor quality free hosting is unlikely to encourage users to upgrade to paid hosting. Provide good hosting but take away/limit a couple of features that are important once a site grows (number of databases, email accounts, disk space, data transfer perhaps?) and you may convince free users to eventually upgrade.

eleven2.com/hosting/ im not but they have cheap hosting... and thats what sumi its looking for here, also im customer of hostgator and webhostingbuz, and no problems with them a bit expensive and its not what SUMI its looking for thats why i didnt mention it, and once again our friend here its not looking for a great hosting company just something cheap :) cheers.

Have a look through the web hosting offers section of the forums. I doubt you'll find a host without at least a 99.5% uptime guarantee. :)
