I'm looking for a dedicated server a long time ago, this is what i want..

750Mhz
128MB RAM
30GB HD EIDE
50GB Transfer
CPanel/WHM !!
Backup processing included
3$/GB extra transfer

All of this about 200$/mo...i don't really care the setup amount. I hope anyone could offer this.

I'm looking for something in the 200-350$ range, perhaps i'm asking for too much..

I could change my 50GB transfer for 20GB with 3$/GB extra transfer, perhaps i find an offer this way..

12 months of bandwidth contract with EFS Networks is required. The server is yours for free after 20 continuous months of colocation and bandwidth services from us.

So if a customer leaves on the 13th month, he/she will not get the servers for free. He/She can, however, buy it from us at prices listed here -- http://www.efreeservers.com/legal.htm

A1) We do not use any percentile rule at all so there is no bandwidth charges surprise. Whether the sustained speed is 512Kbps or 3Mbps, you only pay for the total bandwidth that you use each month x $2.00

http://redhat.efreeservers.com/ shows that "Plesk® 1.3.1 web-based server management solutions" is included.
This is confusing since you charge extra for it.

My guess:
Plesk is free as a server management tool for one site.
