View Full Version : VO resolution...

For everyone that had read the previous threads involving a dispute, here is the information I can post about it. First of all, the parties involved, including myself, have requested the previous threads be removed, for the following reason;

The previous threads were removed, because they contained information that may have been directly or indirectly confusing, misleading and/or the cause of negative assumptions or concerns by the viewers that weren't necessarily entirely clear as per the role of whom had played what in this issue. I had mistakenly gotten the impression that there would be no positive result or effort for such by VO, and I apologize for that. I felt, at the time, that I had reason to assume such and I felt I had no other way of knowing, other than the final outcome, if any. VO has shown and followed through with a workable settlement and I once again apologize for assuming otherwise. I hope they don't hold it against me, given the information I had to go on at the time, as I certainly don't hold it against them for the information they too had at the time.

I had made my best efforts, after the initial response from VO, to clarify what and who I had intended my statements to be directed to and about what and to what extent/degree -- but these posts of mine, very well may not have reflected that accurately as per what I had meant and very possibly could have given people the wrong impression of VO. I also did assume much in the way of negativity in regards to VO as an entirety -- and for this I apologize to them. I should not have assumed or held them in contempt in their entirely for what transpired due to former issues with that they may not have been aware of at the time. I had assumed things in a negative outcome, due to some other issues which seemed relevant to me at the time, and to the situation. I should not have assumed anything about VO entirely, based on a dispute with one other person. I didn't want people to get the impression that I was putting blame on them for what transpired with UltraSpeed or it's former partner's, nor that VO was somehow defending or condoning anything in regards to said dispute. They weren't and I didn't assume they were or had anything to do with that.

So, in regards to the issue that was at hand, VenturesOnline.com, LLC has negotiated with me in a fair and professional manner, and consistent with their communications to myself. We have agreed on a workable solution in an effort to resolve the issue and it has been resolved. I repeat, it has been resolved. I'd like to express my apologies to VO if any of my statements resulted in leading people to believe otherwise or that VO in it's entirety wouldn't try to settle this amicably. Also, this isn't an admittance by VO of any wrong doings, nor myself of any, but simply an effort to make this issue and the outcome clear to the people that were following the thread(s) in question.

I send my thanks for Pat, John and Paul for their respectful and professional efforts to work with me on this and I end this with an apology once again for assuming that an issue with one party would reflect the opinions and efforts of all other party's at VO.
