I'm currently in the midst of developing various free and paid for software catered towards the IT services industry, and in the midst of doing this, a thought hit me.

What software is actually missing? What could be done better? What software is currently overpriced?

So, as people who run businesses in this industry, what software would you like to see more of? More choices for helpdesk or live support? More choices for billing or automation software?

Whichever application seems to have the most popularity in this thread, I will personally develop, release and support - completely for free. I want to give something back to the business, and this is my way of doing it.

So, what software would you guys like to see more choice for? :)
