Hi all
1- I want to backup all my data to move another server. If is it possible how?

2- How can I create common directory for all virtual hosters such as /cgi-sys/ ?

3- Is there any add-ons to plesk?

I cannot answer to the first 2 questions, but for the third question I can say you that :

- there isn't any add-ons to plesk
- You cannot upgrade nothing on a server with plesk (for example, you cannot add any library to the Perl program, because they don't support it).
- If you need webmailer you must wait for the next release
- If you need anonymous ftp you must wait for one next release
- if you will want to upgrade Php you will need to wait for one next release.
- every release cost a lot of money (don't talk about SUS because I don't want to spend my money to update a program without know which feature will be avaliable in the next release).
- I cannot run PHP from telnet because... PHP is in the Plesk program.
