I have a windows hosting. I have made a new design and the site is hosted in another directory under root, and let's call it /other.

I want to move the pointing of domain from current index.asp to /other/index.asp. But I don't have the file .htaccess in windows hosting. I have H-sphere as control panel.

Please help me.

Try to find Default Documents in the Control Panel,
Most Windows Hosting Panels provide this.
You can set Default document to other/index.asp
