Who sells the cheapest CPanel licenses? Just out of curiosity, does CPanel actually verify that you are only installing your license to only one server or is it like Ensim where you could make a copy of your license key 100 times if you wanted to? I don't like other people poking around in my servers

Put an ad in the request forums, but I think that the lowest price any distributor can post is $65/month for an external license. Also there is a central license server which checks on the validity of a license throughout the day.

Cpanel liscenses are based on IP address. They maintain a lisence server that verifies your IP address every once in awhile and makes sure it's the one they have on file.
I don't know if there's a way around this. I've never cared to check.

They have $65 external licenses there. That's about as cheap as they get unless there's a special going on.
