Support is available 24/7.

The servers are located in the Wholesale Internet Oak DC. Our Holly facility is full at the moment. We own them all except the colos. There are no customer owned racks, you have to use ours. Sorry.

Both of our DCs are in Kansas City. Support is via ticket system. We don't have live support. That's sales.

RAM is an additional $5 per GB

5 additional IPs would be $4. (They are $0.50 each so to get 5 you need a block of 8. The next block up is 13 usable which would be $8, 29 would be $15, 61 would be $32, 125 would be $64 and 253 would be $128.)

An additional 250GB drive would be $10.

Well, this thread is a buzkill. Not only have I been WI customer for a long time, I am currently paying $59mo for a lesser cpu and a 40gb drive.

What further upsets me is the fact that my reboot requests went from an average of a hour or so to 12+ hrs. Ive sent several request to pager@wholesaleinternet.com. Seems like WI has plenty of time for sales but not suppport?

It shouldn't be a buzzkill. Cancel that server and order a new one. We'll even mount the 40GB as a spare drive in the new box for free for you.

That should never happen. I apologize. Send me your info and I'll look into what's going on. We had an issue with a customer a while back who's e-mail was being delayed. I'll definately look into it.

Are you sure you don't have us confused with another provider? I show you as having a Core2Duo for $49, plus a RAM upgrade and the last reboot request from you in the system was 5 months ago and you had a response that the box had been rebooted in 30 minutes.

Iv purchased from them, Server information was processed quickly, however currently the machine ip's they gave me are unresponsive.

However they are extremely friendly so I have good faith they will work out :)

I guess the nic decided to go sour. They switched it out and had me online quickly :)

Looks like the tech made a mistake in the setup. I checked on it and it was fixed and online a couple hours ago.
