Alicia 04-01-2009, 04:37 AM one of my business partners are using their service and it has been terrible lately.. they are having problem with their emails for days.. there are so many emails gone missing and they have sent emails to their support team but there is no reply from them about the solution at all.. at first they kept on saying it has been fixed but obviously it is not until today then now they seem like ignore all the support email they sent to them.. so you judge whether is worth to use their service or not.. previously their service is considered okay but now I can say terrible.. this is really a nightmare to deal with them now StartYourServer 04-01-2009, 06:51 PM If you are using free emails such as @gmail.com then they may actually be responding to you... However, their IP may be blocked from free email services so the messages are not getting to you. Til 04-02-2009, 12:08 AM If you mean that: http://www.resellerzoom.com & http://www.hostingzoom.com & http://www.modvps.com are down than they are up for me and the rest of the world: http://www.hyperspin.com/en/quicktest.php?action=result&qtid=254151&r=9313 (and the other two are up as well) Til 04-02-2009, 12:12 AM They didnt even respond to them via the support ticket system.., so not receiving the email is totally unacceptable.. Has your friend checked in the support ticket system itself if there really is no reply to his ticket? I mean: if there are problems with the email from your friend, perhaps the response has gone missing. tommyh 04-02-2009, 12:27 AM hi yep thanks... Connection is spoty... Well, it is plain and simple - if your business or your clients rely on emails or a website, then avoid ResellerZoom as a plague. RZ will destroy you. If you still with them - RUN! sumi 01-26-2010, 10:45 AM from my experience resellzoom = slow speed, slow support ( or bad support ) and not flexible AT ALL. using their windows resell plan menehune 01-28-2010, 03:03 AM I agree. I lost revenue when I was with Resellerzoom due to long server downtimes, unprofessional support, bad email services etc... so I cannot recommend them. armata 02-01-2010, 06:53 PM I agree. I lost revenue when I was with Resellerzoom due to long server downtimes, unprofessional support, bad email services etc... so I cannot recommend them. I think that they just rely on a clever marketing (e.g. promising a lot of features). As for technical expertise - it is very low. Also it would appear that they don't care about their customers, since they allow prolonged down times extended on and off for a month or longer (for hours a day). floriauck 02-24-2010, 04:52 PM avoid this company. frequent downtime, no help. I am with them and server was down all day. All emails (and with it revenue) lost!!!! I am looking for a new host as I type this. This is actually the reason why I am no the forum today. betteb 02-24-2010, 06:58 PM Support is awful with RZ. I'm also here looking for a new host. Outlaw Web Master 02-24-2010, 07:42 PM I've had a budget reseller account with them for 5 years now (for testing scripts etc) and have always found the support good. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw I suppose. owm darkeden 02-24-2010, 11:07 PM I've had a budget reseller account with them for 5 years now (for testing scripts etc) and have always found the support good. Sometimes it's just the luck of the draw I suppose. owm I used them a while back and thought they where great with uptime untill the new company took over then there support got better and there uptime got worse... A trade off :) armata 02-25-2010, 09:58 AM I had spent some time with them. The budget account was pretty bad - a week of downtime caused a major crisis for my clients. Then RZ said: "switch to FailOver it is more expensive, but way better." Well, it turned out even worse: 6 weeks of downtime for approximately half a day every day. I could not even take a smapshot of the account to move it somewhere else. My clients lost business due to problems with emails and websites... I lost credibility and clients. The strange thing is that RZ seems not to give a damm about the problems their clients are facing... really weird company. |
