Any body publish a blacklist for clients that do pay them or lie to them? I ran across this site that does that http://www.alarit.com/index.php?pg=clients&subpg=blacklist and a wondered if any web host considered doing this. It is sort of bold but it gets the point across.

Many have thought of this idea, but its a huge legal gray area. Once you get to the point of putting someone's personal information online for the world to see, its bordering slader, as there are so many variable that you just dont have control over. What if the credit card was stolen, you put the info on your site, and archive.org or google cached the site. Thats a problem. Clients that lie and non-payment is part of the industry, just like any industry. Sometimes you just gotta suck it up and move on.

That blacklist is not for credit card fraud. It is for clients who had services performed and flat-out did not pay.
