You are going to want some higher quality bandwidth for game server hosting (non cognet would be smartest route). Which will run you more than 130 a month for the needed amount of bandwidth.

Anyways, Qwest and UUnet are good providers for running any game servers. I definately wouldn't advise cogent. The latency is horrible.
