Have you checked serverhost.com? $99 if you prepay for a year.

Are you looking for a linux box, or a RaQ? If you're looking for a linux box, then I'd recommend http://www.dtwebworks.com, but if you're looking for a RaQ I'd recommend http://www.rackshack.net.

Umm, aren't the $99 servers at dtwebworks the cobalt ones? I took a look to confirm it but their order form is acting funky right now (probably being updated).

Oh yeah, you're right. So, go with one of the hundreds of companies that offer $99 linux dedicated servers :)

Weinbar with your company's plans does one have to purchase 100 gigs of bandwidth for $200 as a minimum for colocation or can one purchase 10 or 20 gigs of bandwidth with a 1U colocated server?

It seems at http://www.dtwebworks.com the rack charges for 2u and 3u servers has gone up are the old prices still available?

No, you do not have to buy 100GB up front. You can pay the regular per GB bandwidth charges, or we can work out a plan that fits your needs best.

The company also offers shared webhosting with unlimited hits/transfers which makes me weary.

Removed so exposure is limited.
We don't want to draw attention to companies that promote on the board.
(You didn't do anything wrong).
