I would recommed WHMCS all the way. Ive used modern bill in the past. Its more expensive and doesnt perform as well as whmcs.

WHMCS has an IP tracking module. I also recommend it. Only thing missing is multi-currency, which is on the drawing board. The inbuilt support ticketing is adequate, but has it's limitations.

Definitely WHMCS.

Yes, I agree 100% with that statement. :D

As I've said before, the script is so friendly that it is actually fun to use, if one can believe that billing software can be fun, lol.

Cheers,
Rick

WHMCS is a great peice of software, infact it is what my company has always used in the past. Another peice of software you may want to look into is Ubersmith. It is a software that is setup more for dedicated/vps/colo servers. It has about everything whmcs has plus a little bit more control on the dedicated/vps/colo side. Again it cost a bit more and is more difficult to work. If you are looking for a simple script, stay with WHMCS>.

I would also recommend WHMCS, it should fit everything that you are looking for quite nicely.

WHMCS - The support from them is great, it meets your requirments (y), and is easy to customise.
I have no expereience with the colo, but I am sure other people on here have, if not contact WHMCS they can offer custom scripting etc.

AWBS is an alternative to WHMCS. We had purchased it before. But the customization was very hard. There was too many files. Also most times security bugs occur on the software. So you must have many times or employes will work to update of it regularly. But there is similar issue on other hosting billing softwares, too. Because they are getting mammoth :)

WHMCS can easily be intergrated into your website design, if you have the time (unlike me)
