It depends... How much traffic are you currently getting?

From awStats for the month of September:

Unique visitors: ~140,000
Number of visits: ~240,000
Pages: ~1,100,000
Hits: ~11,000,000

We receive good income using WidgetBucks (http://www.widgetbucks.com), a mixture of all different types of ads based on location etc.

How About Clicksor (http://www.clicksor.com/) ?

Check out AdBrite, they work great for high traffic sites.
