Im looking for a new reseller company, and from what i have read here, this company have their issues just like others, but a fact is they show their faces when there is a problem, thats good, at least you can scream or say thanks to them, i just think they should not have THIS SMAL LETTERS at the end, with the HD space AND the DATA TRANSFER. but seems to me that they are there to help you when you need. But please keep writing.

I look for eleven2.com, but everywhere i look, was a NEGATIVE, they have a cool resseler with 100GB of space and 1TB of DTransfer but apparently, the customer and support service sucks, if anyone knows any diffrent start a thread or reply here.

Im with HostGator for now, but i want expand trying a new company, hostgator its ok, almost 0 problems. They have a bit rude support but at the end it goes ok, the downtimes almost none. IM NOT PART OF THAT COMPANY, im actually looking for a better reseller plan to go with, but thas what i can say of this guys.

HOSTDEPARTMENT.COM, i have another resseler with them, that service sucks, the cpanel is old, the servers are always down or with chnges that affects your google possitions!!!, good customer support but bad sysadmins... and equipment i imagine. This was my first resseler and i didnt do my homework reading reviews, so dont ever go with them, im still migrating clients to my other reseller.

I HOP SOMEBODY COMMENT GERE :)

Generally negative info is out there on everybody you will research. Look for a stable hosting company (being publically listed helps) and expect to spend a little more - but you are paying for peace of mind and reliability...

Usually people posts bad things and not good ones.

Since hostgator is someone you like it should be a good reference to evaluate if it's better or not by just googling for "<Whatever company> problems" and compare to 'hostgator problems' the number and type of entries in google.

my 5 cents.

...and adding to that thought, ask the host for a list of references and call and ask about their experiences...

Ya, the negative postings are usually the only ones people are passionate about, and allot of of the review companies will flat our remove positive reviews unless they get some top affiliate payout rates, its a shady biz out there.

Few providers like hostgator provide WHMCS/WHMautopilot license to help you start business easily. I think you should take a look at it.

Always take the positive and negative of a company and choose if it fits your needs.

Find the best host for your needs!

I would recommend InnoHosting. They are great. They offer billing software, an SSL, and end-user support with all their reseller packages.

All the best,

I'm with innohosting for about a week now. So far no problem with server speed, downtime, support.
I would recommend innohosting also.
