Ok, we're going to see a movie, and here are your choices...

Double Feature: Spider-Man/Men in Black II *or* Signs (crop circle movie with Mel Gibson)

Now, we aren't all that thrilled with sitting in a movie theater for 4 hours (ohhh the ass pain), and we saw Spiderman on the airplane (without sound) and it looked moderately ok, though not entirely interesting. I've seen the first Men in Black, which was pretty good, but not sure I need to see another version.

You make the call!

Well I have seen Spider Man, alright movie, some good special effects in it. As for Men in Black II , not seen that yet, but the first one was good (as you said). Not seen Signs either (but all the women seem to like it... *sigh*...), so can't comment on that.

Anyway, my vote goes for "Spider-Man/Men in Black II (double feature)" :)

MIB2 was excellent.

Signs, was way too overhyped it destroyed the fun in the plot.

MIB2 was such a letdown... (almost has a plot, but mostly ruined by such bad lines)

See Signs, or Spider-Man

go for Signs..
Spiderman was OK and MIB II was not that good as the first one.

Signs told you everything in the commercial. Spider-man sucked. MIB2 is what you need to see.

I was tempted by the same selection (those are the choices at the movie theater down the block from me).

I personally choose signs, but I don't think I can talk the girlfriend into it, so it's prolly Spiderman/MIB...Maybe we'll skip it. I'm all for value and everything, but I think I'm getting a bit old to be sitting through 2 movies in one sitting. My ADD appears to be getting worse as I get older...
:D :D

We just saw a double feature of the same movies. We went to the drive-in with the kids and had a blast!

Signs.
MiB2/Spiderman - Spiderman was good, but MiB2 was terrible, the worst movie I've seen in about 5 years. Don't waste your time. Anyone who enjoyed MiB2 either never saw the original, has only seen about 3 comedies in their life, or is in 7th grade.

Well, we're off to see Signs. I also have trouble sitting through 2 movies, don't watch all that much T.V. so I'm not sure I'm quite up for that. The votes were split 4 and 4 so we had to make a choice (starts in 30 minutes).

Thanks for the help...

One of the problems with growing up in New York City...I've never been to a drive-in movie. One day I'll get to I suppose...

Too late! Well, that is an odd movie. I kept waiting for it to begin, it never really seemed to. Was slow yet I wasn't ever bored really. Quite odd, as although it was slow, the whole story (which was on the weak side) came really fast, and then it was over. I could never review movies as I find too many flaws with them.

I recently saw A Beautiful Mind on DVD and thought that was very good, but other than that...

The Warwick Drive-In is only about an hour drive from NYC. We live in northwestern NJ and it's a 35-40 minute drive. Nice drive, though, through some country backroads.

LOL...I try to refrain from driving too much in Jersey...the lack of street signs and having to make uturns to get everywhere is too much for me!

Good to know it's so close though. :)
