WHEN I ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MERCAWAY EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED IN IT. LATER WHEN I HAVE TO STOP WORKING WITH MERCAWAY BECAUSE OF CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF MY COUNTRY, THEY APPLY AN EXTRA RATE OF 4% TO ALL MY SALES (EVEN THOSE ALREADY CANCELLED)THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF OUR ORIGINAL AGREEMENTS. IF YOU WANT MORE DETAILS PLEASE CONTACT US AT avocint@gmail.com.

Take off the caps lock, seriously now.
Most companies state their terms of service can and will change and that when you sign up you agree to that fact and it's your responsibility to check for those changes.
However retroactive charges usually aren't common. Why don't you post the entire issue here so everyone can read it for themselves.

+1
THEY APPLY AN EXTRA RATE OF 4% TO ALL MY SALES
You will please need to tell us if you were told out this and if so, what the exact reason was.
Have you read this part of their Terms and Conditions:
Mercaway may amend certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

And about this quote:
"Mercaway may amend certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions".
Yes, I knew it. The problem if that Mercaway applied a retroactive charge including sales already paid and they never informed us about that. I suggest you accept to receive my detailed information to know what really happens.
Thanks
