Hello. I'm planning on going with Bobcares for some services, any reviews with them? Are they a good company?

Will you be using them for your server management or for outsourced support? I haven't used them before, but someone may be able to chip in if you say what you wish to use them for.

Erm, maybe both. Wish to learn more about them cause I've talked to them and they look friendly and a good company, but I need some reviews too haha.

Just curious, is search (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php) broken?

I searched for BobCares in the thread title in the Main Forums and it found 47 threads including yours.

I know. But many are just advertising or from signature..

I use them for my help desk support and they are excellent. Sometimes I catch a ticket before them but their maximum 1 hour response time is accurate and I feel confident when I go to sleep at night knowing if anything happens they can take care of it or at the very least respond to the ticket and not let my client hang there wondering.

Their sign-up process if very thorough compared to other companies and along with some SLA agreements you have to sign a "guidelines" document you have to fill out with a handful of "What-if" scenarios and "How do you want us to handle..." along with pretty much any other information they need to make an informed decision on your company's behalf if you're not available.

On an unrelated note, glad to see you stop over here from FreeWHT, I'm sure you'll get much better answers over here in regards to paid hosting. ;)

KuJoe, thanks for your feedback. Its very valuable to me :P

Their offers are at a reasonable price too :)

How can I edit signature here??

We used them for awhile a long time ago. I would recommend you ask them for at least 10 actual tickets and their responses.

This will tell you what kind of answers your clients will receive.

The wierd thing is that there is no such function in my UserCP, and when I tried using the link to signature page, they disallow me to do so :S
