trying to setup an install of phpesp where only the admin can view results of surveys, but all users can create/activate their own. Any insight would be great.

I'm not familiar with that script, but unless it's compiled/encrypted code, you should be able to do this without issues. Can you post the relevant code snippets for the related functions for people here to see, or post a link to that information? You might have various options, rather than only code modifications, but that's usually best if you can.
