Hi,

Take a look at:

http://phphelpdesk.sourceforge.net/

http://mhd.sourceforge.net/

http://www.inetflex.com/opensource/

They should all run on Windows but you will need PHP and MySQL :)

Which exactly is the BEST php help desk (for those who have installed multiple scripts to find the best out there)? What about in Perl?

If you're not sure, do any specifically have better features than the rest?

I really like kayako, solid code, no errors yet, it is new so i expect some improvements here and there.

For perl helpdesks, PerlDesk (http://www.perldesk.com) is fairly common and famous.

Haze,
I also referred to Perl Support Desks (thus the response from Nadav). Nadav put my quote in his response, which includes the comment: "What about in Perl?"

I suppose, though it still was completely off topic.

I would definately put DeskPro down as the best PHP help desk you'll find, I've tried quite a few and none come close to DeskPro. To top it all Chris is a decent person too.

May I ask why you are looking for a PHP helpdesk script only when you are using Windows and ASP is a possibility too?

Can everyone who posts their favorite php or perl desk, include a URL to the helpdesk's website? Thanks! That will help me out a lot.
