Could not access any mail at all and my clients are screaming at me. Anyone facing the same problem? or am I the only one?

Any can recommend any other hosting company that is really reliable? I though Kualo was reliable, I even advocate previously for them. But.......

Kualo has stated on here that they are having some issues that stem from a hardware problem. Every host has problems once in a blue. It's not really fair to label them unreliable unless they don't bother to fix what's wrong in a timely fashion.

I don't mean any harm to Kualo. It is purely my bad luck. Because I have been with my previous hosting company with no incident for the past 1 year.

But when I convince my client to switch to Kualo and started the conversion of all my accounts for just a month the email server went down. The timing could not been worst. I got a lot of screaming and yelling for a seemingly bad introduction and bad decision. And who can I blame but my bad luck for signing up at the wrong moment.

Is the MySQL down as well? i cant access it:(

Yes and they are trying to get it up in the next few hours.

But that 1 thing a really appreciate about Kualo. They are completely honest of their incident and will keep you updated on their progress. At least you are not kept in the dark.
