When with them we experienced no down time and the support for A+. Phillip helped me with everything from setting up my first client to helping me choose a dedicated server as we "out grew" our resseller plans. I would recomend surrenderonline to anyone that needs a fast reliable host! freehtml 09-08-2002, 09:04 PM I had been with SurrenderOnline Reseller Plan from Jun 2002 till Aug 2002 Overall I must say the support had been good and I experience no down time during that period of my stay. They had also inform us before any scheduled downtime for maintence. I had some problem with one of my scripts, and although it is not Phillips concern, he had helped me to troublehoot what's the problem and finally get it up and running. The support is excellent, the pricing is competitive and I've never had to send an email saying "what's wrong with ther servers?" The ALWAYS send emails keeping you up to date!
