Hi all,
I just wanted to give a quick review of the reselling account experience I've had with http://www.veridianhosting.com for the past week.
After looking through the advertising forums here and speaking with quite a few host, I finally settled on Veridianhosting and have not regretted it. First of all the support has been excellent and very friendly. They have been very quick with answering all my questions and setting up my name servers for me when I requested them. They also have live chat support which I have used a couple of times and I didn't have too wait around very long for someone on the other end to come on.
The uptime has been excellent, my monitoring service has not reported any down time since I signed up on the server I'm hosted on. I have also not noticed any slowness with the server either. My pages load fast and ftp was equally fast as well. It would seem to me that they don't overload their servers with too many accounts, which is great.
Signup was quick, within an hour I received my welcome e-mail with my login information and was able to start uploading my web pages. Also their prices are good and their plans have a good amount of features, space and bandwidth. I chose their basic reseller plan which is more than enough for me.
Although it's only been about 10 days or so, overall I am very satisfied with the choice I made choosing them and quite impressed with their quick support. Hopefully the good service will continue and I can come back here months down the road and do a followup review. With that said I would recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a good reseller account from my own experience so far.
