Hi,
If you ever considering rDosti Internet Services be careful as they move from data center to data center every month or 2. They moved on the 8th month and now we moving back again to softlayer.

The problems when they move around that occur

1) dns in zones screwed up
2) data backdated so clients of mine get the hell in with me
3) all kinds of problems every time they decide to move

I honestly don't know why they move some much unless they always looking for a better deal to save a few $ but it is very irritating and frustrating. :mad:

Am i glad my contract expire end of Nov so that i can also pack my bags and move as this up and down business is not on

So before you consider rdosti hosting keep in mind your sites will be moved for you even if you vote no when they ask whether you like it or not. Dns get messed up, emails don't work, spam issues man the list carries on and on

One minute you are on a dedicated and the next on a VPS

In the nearly year i had a reseller with this company the service has been no good as we must have hopped between 6 data centers (i think)

We are moving back to Softlayer again after a month so wondering how upto date the data is.

DON'T THEY UNDERSTAND OR KNOW THAT WHEN DNS CHANGES YOU SITE TAKE +- 72 HOURS TO UPDATE AND IN THAT TIME EMAILS GET LOST CLIENT GET :mad: SEARCH ENGINES GET CONFUSED :rolleyes: AND WE GET MAD :mad::confused::eek: BUT HEY LET US TRY AND KEEP :cool:

Did they notify you before the move? I do not see a point in moving for the sake of saving some cash, unless it is for an upgrade of hardware or improving performance.

Saving cash can be one of the reason behind popping up from one datacenter to other. This is why it is very important to do your research before you select a datacenter.

Who can with stand if some body hopping around frequently. i can understand your feelings. As SoftsysHosting-Rick said do your research before selecting your next host. Good luck.

We did not move, the email that was sent out was an error due to issues with your billing. We are not impressed by your feedback and negative comments. I wonder why you even stick to our hosting when you keep complaining. I will be honest here and I think you need a host that meets your needs. Please open a ticket so we can adjust a refund on remaining days and let you "free".

You should have waited and checked with us. When you emailed us we did reply back saying that the email that you received was a 3+ month old email that was sent due to issues in the billing system that we had.

I wont comment further on this since your posts are flaming the company, rather than trying to wait on a response. The issues we faced 3+ months ago are acknowledged and since then have been working well. Please do open a ticket so we can work on a refund and let you on with your new host. We are honestly not interested in such flaming customers.

Further we own the entire VPS NODE (Dedicated server with HYPERVM). That is why you seem to feel you are on a VPS - you are but we own the server (Hosted with Limestone for confirmation).

So its not that we have moved / downgraded - we have actually UPGRADED.

Sadly you make comments without doing research or asking questions ...well I wont reply here, since again you didn't try resolving or waiting for our replies and went on with your little say.

I do wish you the very best with your next provider and hope they give you what you expect and wish for.

Hmm so when a customer complain about your changes all the time and you bad service the he is flamming your company. As i said in my post i will be leaving soon but the truth is the truth and people should be aware of the truth. Mabey i should consider a full report on my stay with you to inform people wanting to use you what they up against. The only reason i havent moved is because i havent had the time to move all my accounts.

You are the kind of business that font resolve issues but rather always reply by saying " We are sorry for this but send a ticket and we will refund you your balance" That is not good enough. And as i said i will be moving soon so i think it is upto you to make sure the balance of my stay is smooth as i am a flamming customer looks like you cant afford my FIRE ;)
