Signed up with these folks a few weeks ago. At first they appeared to be very supportive people. Very responsive to email. After working with them a few weeks they just couldn't supply what I was looking for. But, not for lack of trying.

So, I cancelled my account. That is when the problems began. Firstly, they registered my domain with my money in their name. My name appears nowhere on the registration. Secondly, they refused a registrar change request I submitted through Network Solutions. Lastly, my requests to acknowledge my cancellation go ignored.

Does anyone here know of these guys, and are they on the up and up? Does this sound like SOP for them?
