I have just upgraded to the latest version of WHMCS, although everything seems to have gone well I don't find any of the service plans in the shopping cart. Order links also don't seem to work. You can have a look at http://sinohosting.net/billing/cart.php . Any idea how to resolve this problem and get everything back to normal? Thanks :)

WHMCS 3.7.1 changed the way the shopping cart system worked. I would recommend going into the Configuration menu and selecting General Settings->Ordering. Try toying around with the "Default Order Form Template" settings. This might help.

Your best bet is submitting a ticket or using their forums. I tried to access the way above and it still was blank. Did you reissue the WHMCS license? I forgot if you had to reissue or not for upgrades.

This solved the problem. Had to select "cart" at the Ordering settings. Thanks :)

Matt did a complete overhaul on the shopping cart system with the 3.7.1 upgrade. I'm glad to hear that this is working for you again. This one got us too when we upgraded. :)
