Does anyone know the difference between Gas blower and Gas vacuum?

Well, the price was too different. Vacuum one was almost 2x cost. I thought there was some major difference besides one blows and the other vacuums.

what do you want to use it on?
and What do you want to do to it?
Then decide if it is worth the price. :D
