The name says, rack use, and "use" is a noun (rhymes with 'goose'). So it's an info site for people who need to know more about using racks? May go well for porno...does't 'rack' also refer to a set of breasts? Also worry about phonetic associations...think of Rocky Balboa saying "you guys"...he says "youse". What does "Rack youse!" sound like to you? The "____ YOU" makes it a command sentence, with whatever's in the ____ to be a verb.
