Hi!

I don´t know why, but all .info Domains in my dotster account don´t worke anymore. In the whois is saw, that the Status is set to HOLD. Was this done by ICANN, or is dotster also allowed to change the status to HOLD?
Has anyone the same experience?

HOLD status is Affilias mandatory action if there is a dispute to the specific domain name.

Thank you for this information. Do you have an idea, what I should do now. Is it possible to contact Affilias? I am realy angry - I use this domain for daily bussines and they shut it down without any comment :-(

The afilias actually sent out messages regarding affected .info domains, including the dates of release 2 for .info.

If this is a dispute, then you have to contact affilias and request for additional details.

I myself lost some domains due to this action thats part of doing business in IT, especially domain services.
