Good Afternoon All,
Does anyone here have any tips or advice from experience how to write a good solid terms of service?
I have heard of hostlegal.com but im not sure if they deal with UK clients as my business will be 90% UK / European orders.
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

You should contact an attorney / solicitor that specializes in web hosting. Hostlegal might be a good place to start - and email Zach to see if the TOS complies to the UK.
I have spoken with a few attorneys. They all said a boiler plate agreement usually will not fully protect you. Now of course they might be saying that in hopes of getting business - and nothing against Hostlegal whatsoever. I think that Hostlegal has a couple of attorneys to help with the TOS you purchase.
If you have your own attorney write up a TOS, this helps to build a relationship with him / her. That way, if anything were to happen, you would have him / her to rely on

What sort of costs would that incur? Sitting down, with an attorney to write a long long document. And checking it word for word.
