Hi. I am interested in "FREE OS Reloads" feature. But there are some questions.

Are there number of times limitations like competitors?
(ex. First time is free, after second times we will charge $XX per reload.)

This feature is provided with server control panel and can I reload myself?

If I want, can I change distribution using this feature?

There is no limit to OS reloads, within reason. Obviously, if you ask us to reload the OS 5 times in the same day there could be an issue :) At this time, OS Reloads must be requested via support ticket, but we are in the process of automating this for the end user.

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.

Our building has both a battery UPS system for short-term power loss, and backup generators for long-term power outages. In the event of a power loss, we can run indefinitely on generator power. Additionally, we are on the same grid as Palm Beach International Airport, so extended power outages are rare occurrences. As far as winds are concerned, our facility is constructed out of dual-layer, reinforced concrete and is designed to withstand winds of up to 220mph. So, in other words, we are prepared for the worst :D

Thanks!

This guys seems to be good, I recommnded them to my company and they setup the server very fast and everything was smooth as promised. Ntework is good too so thumbs UP for them.

However, support seems to be unresponsive. Our server went down when we restarted it. It is almost 4 hours now & it is still down. Opened ticket and updated twice but no response yet.

Server UP now - may be they do not have odd hour staff so that could be an issue sometime.

Btw, it is worth mentioning that our first impression is good so far - will test more and share our experiences. They even upgarded our server memory fast.

tanra,

You have a few responses to your ticket from us regarding the issue mentioned. We are currently investigating why you did not get an instant response from one of the night technicians, it seems the ticket was somehow lost in the shuffle. We apologize for the inconvenience, this situation is definitely unusual with us. However, if you ever need, feel free to call us directly at 1-561-337-1508. If you ever need to contact our management team directly, send an email to managers@webspacedepot.com and we will be glad to assist you.

Also, if you ever need to reboot your server, you can access the remote reboot port by visiting our dedicated control panel at http://www.webspacedepot.com/servers.php. This will allow you to instantly reboot the server, without having to wait for a technician.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and we will ensure that it does not happen again.

Thank you! :)

Are there any differences between "Columbia/Discovery Series" and these "AMD/INTEL Server"?

The "columbia" and "discovery" servers were part of our previous naming schema which is no longer in use. The server specs are very similar to the old products, with a few hardware upgrades, and restructured prices (such as waiving some of the setup fees, no longer requiring a coupon code, etc.) We also added Windows as an option on the new products.

Thanks!
