Anyone using dellhost and having problem tonight?
I have not been able to get to my control panel for over 4 hours at http://my.dellhost.com from Chicago.
The website I have hosted there seems to be fine.

Perhaps the power of WHT?
I just clicked on the dellhost.com link in the last message I left , then clicked on login and I got in!!
I was redirected to: https://my1.dellhost.com/
At the same time I was clocking in another window!
Thanks to all for the quick checks of dellhost.

What do you mean by that statement?
"not to trust big companies"..
Ahem, many companies out there have a large customer base and offer good services, i think you should rephrase that comment.

i meant that the larger companies occassionaly make changes without notify the customers....they expect you to notice the change...in this case i was wrong....
i like having a one on one relationship with my service providers....ive had rather bad experiences, and have heard of many other horror stories in the past with large companies.....but those stories are for another thread ;)

It is fine for me now, however I have a story for you, since we are talking about dell.
In addition to all of the hosting and tech Services that I do, I do a lot of computer consultations.
One client wanted me to help her choose a dell, so I gave her some recommendations and she said she will order it the next day.
She gives me a call and says that she ordered it, but the order process was slow, due to that all dell computer/network in the sales department were down and the salesman had to hand write each order. :D :D :D
