Since we work our asses off 26 hours a day - 8 days a week.

Imagine if we all could shutdown the Internet for 1 week a year, and we all could take a Stress free vacation with no worries and nothing to think about.

Let all see if we could do this!!!! :)

1 week of no internet .. wow . that would be great, the oly problem would be the uncontrollable shakes by the 3rd or 4th day :D

I think after a week of it all being offline, I'd be going crazy *hoping* it all went back up fine. Being so use to fearing downtime, I don't think I'm ready for it :)

well my computer would sure like a break :) I havent booted it in over a month :)


Anyways, the last time i took a break, i dint have any hair left by the end of the 3rd day.

The key is that the whole Internet would be shut down, as if paused for a week. :)

Now, if we could only find that golden switch...

When the good ol' PacHell DSL went out for two days, I admit I was a bit batty. I remember when a buddy of mine was talking about domains and email addresses and I didn't have a clue of what the heck he was talking about.

Funny, I didn't miss it much then.

I'll be gone for a week in June, so I'll let you know what it is like. It ain't gonna be pretty.

How about Sunday worldwide. Everything shuts down when Sunday starts out in the pacific, then starts up again the moment the last country in the line starts Monday 12:00am That's close to two whole days :)

Monday works for me... I *hate* Mondays, though Thursdays aren't all that wonderful either.

I've just done Thursday.. I had to go out... Thursday is pension day so the streets are wall to wall senior citizens. We had to go and park in the supermarket car park and almost got T-boned twice by little old fellows in big cars looking in their rear vision mirrors while driving forward..
