LO,

Is anyone from PaySystems here?

I want to cancel a periodic payment, but your website won't let me do it.

I sent in a form via your website for assistance, and received this reply

"This email is to confirm that PaySystems.com has received your comment ticket for order # xxxx14189. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to investigate your request."

That was 14 days ago, and I've had no further response to this ticket.

I've also had no response to followup emails sent to

billing@paysystems.com
info@paysystems.com
hostmaster@paysystems.com

Come on guys - get your act together.
Any further debits = Instant chargeback request.

(Also - you may like to get your network administrators to make your site accessable without the www prefix. It's scary when you get an error message if you don't use the prefix, especially as you give the address paysystems.com as your website address (above)

thank you,
Eric G.

Yes Rob,

That's the page where I opened the form to contact them.

Tried a couple of times to ring them - couldn't get through.

After yet another attempt at contacting PaySystems, my problems were promptly addressed after use of the magical words
"chargeback action will be immediately taken".

cheers,

Eric G.

Sucks Ass Host?

Is that a joke, or is it really a hosting company? I can just imagine buying my used car from Sucks Ass Autos or having my carpet cleaned by Sucks Ass Carpet Cleaning.

Do you guys have a little "Powered by Sucks Ass" logo for my website if I host with you? And can I see a sample of said button?

(Sorry, I couldnt resist).

Dear Sir,

No, it is not a joke, we are a hosting company with a different view, we plan on being honest with our customers, unlike a majority of other hosting companies. Its simple, we tell them we suck before they signup, and thats the reason we have been so successful, customers love to be hosted by a honest provider. We can arrange a "Powered By Suck Ass" logo for your site, PM me and we will send you a sample.

Edude

Edude, thanks, but no thanks. I want Gary to support me cos I know that if he is supporting the internet community since 1998 that a little extra support for me won't do any harm. :stickout :D
