Is there anywhere where I can get legal documents to setup terms and conditions on my website and customize it for my business. Maybe one for web design and another for hosting or possibly a combination of the two.

You can always speak with a legal document lawyer, but if your looking for a cost affective way to get these documents. Do checkout HostLegal.com they have been a great resource for many hosting companies. I do believe they work with UK host as well, but don't take my word on that. Go check your local laws for further information.
