I have a verified PayPal Premier account (USA) and accept credit card payments from my clients. At the moment I am really confused about the withdrawal of money I have earned. The problem is I have talked to a person who is using PayPal for more than two years already and he has told me that PayPal will probably block my account if I will attempt to withdraw money the day after the transaction (s) has been processed. He has suggested me to wait at least 3-4 days before I withdraw. Should I follow his advice or maybe he is too cautious?

That is not true, why would they block your account if you are verified? You should contact PayPal and ask them the real rules.

Well according to that person since the account is new it would be very suspicious that I am withdrawing money the next day the transaction is settled.

If you have new account in paypal, You will have a withdrawal amount limit

As you said, it is a verified paypal account. You will not have any problems. As servertechs said, you will have withdrawal limits. That's it.

I think the only thing that would raise a cause for concern in PayPal's eyes would be if you just opened and verified your account and then $X,XXX to $XX,XXX was transferred out within a day or so.

Unless through a merchant provider that is aware of high-volume transactions on a daily basis, I believe that would raise concern for just about any payment processor :).

That said, given it's not an insanely large amount of money, as described above, being taken out the day after your account is verified, I honestly can't see why they would block your account.

The day I verified an account for a friend, we took in and transferred out almost $1,300 so I honestly don't foresee it to be an issue.

We remove most funds daily from paypal and deposit same day.
