Hi Mike,

Just to clear some points up :)

So can we use both FREESETUP and FREECP? How (format)?
KVMoIP on demand - means not guaranteed or we have to request to be assigned one permanently or only on demand?
FREECP - for the lifetime of the order/server?
How long is the turnaround time?

Thanks
zoticaic

Hello zoticaic-
So can we use both FREESETUP and FREECP? How (format)?
Different coupons for different products - The free control panel coupon is for our specials page - none of which have a setup fee, so there is no need to request free setup on those. The free setup coupon is for the Build Your Own servers, which do have a setup fee by default. The servers on the specials page can include both the free setup and free RAID controller.
KVMoIP on demand - means not guaranteed or we have to request to be assigned one permanently or only on demand?
KVM on demand is for limited time use. If you'd like permanent KVM access, all our new servers have the option for onboard Raritan KVM cards. All boxes under Build Your Own support KVM, as well as most custom quotes. Most of the Xeon 5000 series and Opteron 2000 series servers on the specials page will support KVM cards as well.
FREECP - for the lifetime of the order/server?
Yes.
How long is the turnaround time?
Depending on a number of factors, including how much software we need to preinstall, it will take anywhere from a couple hours to a few days if we need to special order components in for custom configurations. A safe figure is 48 hours or less, however.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the info. One last thing :), how many IPs included? Can we request for more? Free or how much per IP.

Cheers

Do you have an SLA?

Where are you situated, and where is the IDC?

Can you give me a test IP todo a ping test & traceroute please?

Can you offer DotNetPanel with Smartertools bundle?
Do you have a shared MS SQL server?
