This is interesting, it almost appears as if they copied RackShack's TOS pretty much word for word and then the phrase "Copyright 2001 one-hosting.com" as if they developed it and own it.

Does this similarity mean their servers are at Rackshack and they are allowed to use their TOS, or did they just rip it off. Doesn't bother me either way, I just do not care for people who use other peoples hard work and probally a lot of legal fees and make it sound like their own.

They might be using Rackshack servers and in that case I know alot of providers (servers) encourage you to copy there TOS as that lets users know the EXACT limits of there site without and ifs, ands or buts..
