iHubNet-Matt 09-17-2008, 10:38 AM Have you tried to reach them via phone. Please try that also. Feel sorry for your bad experience mate.
Have you break their TOS in anyway?
As Matt suggested, try giving them a call and see what they say about this. Have you also try to using their ticketing system instead of sending emails?
Pamir Rocker 09-17-2008, 11:19 AM thanks iHubNet-Matt & JLHC

dhcart 09-17-2008, 02:09 PM I could not see their company information on their web site. And their prices are too cheap(10GB/100GB reseller hosting is $6.95/month :) ). I recommend what you move to a reliable provider now and stay away from too cheap solutions and contact a lawyer about this subjet.
Pamir Rocker 09-17-2008, 02:13 PM i already did... and even police complain about this matter..
but can you please suggest me a good website
like unlimited reseller hosting with unlimited disk space
if not then less like above 3000 GB
thanks in advance
Dan_EZPZ 09-17-2008, 02:56 PM Wasn't there another warning email about this company a few weeks ago?
/me goes in search for it
Edit - Ahh, you just bumped the old thread :)

Looking for another blunder with such allocations on a reseller account ?
Go to a data center, configure yourself a server and then compare would you be able to offer those allocations for a few dollars and then start looking for a new host.
ldcdc 09-17-2008, 05:12 PM but could you help me for a better service i mean reseller hosting with more than 2000 GB space You'd better get yourself a dedicated server if your needs are anywhere near that. If that's simply what you desire, as opposed to need, I suggest you get a lot closer to what you actually require for your site.
About the money, if you did not follow their TOS, you're probably not in any way eligible for refund. If you didn't go against their TOS though, you could contact your bank and ask them for suggestions on what to do.

There are no such thing as unlimited space and bandwidth. Everything has its limit. Besides, unlimited space/bandwidth is not allowed in WHT.
You can get dedicated servers with unmetered bandwidth, but the prices will be much higher when compared to shared/reseller hosting.

The customer may have missed your emails, or may have missed following your instructions properly. But your attitude here and in the other thread, speaks volumes about you and your business.

Exactly what I was thinking...
hostydotnet 09-18-2008, 10:33 AM pure neglect...yet client wishes to damage a name over his own faults. end of story.
oliviakitty 09-18-2008, 10:18 PM Your thread has given Hosty.net (aka ISPHosting.com) the opportunity
To make yet another fool of themselves.
I wouldn't attempt to continue working with them.
But rather,
Grab your data, and cancel as soon as possible.

hostydotnet 09-18-2008, 11:24 PM hi,
hosty.net is not isphosting.com. all hosty.net clients have been sold to isphosting.com. the only item not transfered in the sale is the domain name.
the sale took place a while ago. take your quams up with them. get your support from them.
