Your suggesting that since we acquired Aletia those clients should be thought of as refugees ? Aletia clients are now happily Jaguar clients, exercise more caution in your advertising techniques!

Jag, did I say anything like that? :D

AWH received dozens of orders from customers who have had or continue to have issues or were otherwise unhappy with Aletia. That is a 'Refugee' in my book, but you can define it however you want and read into our offer however you wish.

I just thought your advertising technique was rather distasteful, at least wording wise. We receive dozens of orders each day at both Jag and Aletia of clients that left other hosts but to call them all refugee's is silly. Im sure I can find some former AWH users or users from about any host on this board thats been in business long enough in our client base. I guess your entitled to call it what you want just as I am entitled to disagree with you. I'll get out of your thread now.

The term "Refugees" seem to be becoming an industry standard. Pair.net is using the term "Refugees" on their special offers. Seems like the big boys are using the term "Refugees" so it appears to be acceptable.

Seems many other web hosts are keen to nit-pick AWH. Ronnie posts all his messages with a friendly tone which other posters should take note of. Being sourfaced and childish is not going to garner you any extra customers.

Refugees or not, I would advise *anyone* to host their site with AWH... the service and support is oustanding. After three or four bad hosts, I really appreciate a good one.

Nitpick AWH ? I have to say, this is actually the first time Ive personally heard of AWH so its not like I have a record of nit picking at them. I have nothing againt Ronnie or his company, I was merely commenting on the use of the term refugee.

Im glad you are happy there with AWH and wish you all the best.
