I currently have an eNom PDQ site to resell eNom's domain names and eNom's hosting service.

Since the PDQ site has not been updated in years (and it doesn't look like eNom cares to update it anytime soon) I'm thinking about creating a new site using eNom's API to sell domains and eNom hosting.

For those that have done this (had a PDQ site and moved up to API):

1. How difficult was the transition? What's the easiest way to make this transition?

2. What problems did you come across? Any tips, suggestions, etc?

3. Is there anything that you CAN'T do with an API site that you CAN do with the PDQ site?

4. Would you suggest continuing to sell eNom's hosting service using the API site? Or would you suggest selling a different hosting solution?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Thanks!

Check out the www.awbs.com "domain edition" software.

The templates kind of suck (old fashioned), but you can either build your own or wait until they release some new ones. (They say they are working on new templates now.)

They've been around for a long time, and the software works very well with eNom reseller accounts.

Thanks. I've actually been trying to get some info from them, but it's been very slow-going (they take forever to reply).

I've also heard good things about WHMCS. Anyone know how WHMCS compares to AWBS when using them with an eNom reseller account?
